Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days.

Our Warehouses

We ship from two fulfillment centers to ensure fast delivery:

• West Coast: Ontario, CA 91761
• East Coast: Delran, NJ

Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues
